SFBT is a time sensitive approach (3 - 6 sessions) with its own distinctive methods that will actively guide you away from focussing on problems and encourage you towards thinking about solutions.
It uses an approach that enables you to make changes in your life in the shortest possible time.

SFBT focusses on success and acknowledges distress with the emphasis on what is possible and changeable.
