Childhood Abuse

Childhood abuse

More people have been abused in childhood, sometimes sexually, sometimes physically, often emotionally as well, or even solely psychologically abused, and yet it is often very difficult to tell anyone, especially a child. But adults can and they do, and this helps greatly to break free from the shame, the fear and the lack of confidence that is so often left with them even when the abuse has stopped. Adult survivors bravely carry the scars, which can hurt far less when there is a chance to talk through experiences which still cause such pain.
