As your personal coach, I will listen to you, value you and help you sort through whatever issues are troubling you. I will place more focus on finding the solutions to a problem as opposed to finding the original underlying problem. All that’s necessary is that you want to make a positive change, take control and get in the driving seat of your life, and hire a Life Coach to support you in making those all-important choices.

Life Coaching is a supportive and motivational approach for achieving personal best in any area of life. Life Coaching assists you in:

  • Creating achievable goals
  • Optimising personal resources
  • Eliminating limiting beliefs
  • Boosting self-confidence and self-belief
  • Agreeing appropriate action
  • Staying focused and on track for success

Coaching is distinct from other forms of therapy because it focuses specifically on general life situations, improving performance and creating desirable results. Life coaching would be used in the following situations:

  • Finding ways to reduce stress in your life
  • Building a life work balance that fulfils you
  • Improving your ability to relate to others
  • Improving an awareness of yourself
  • Improving your self discipline and motivation and
  • Improving your health and wellbeing routines
