I am a counsellor/psychotherapist who specialises in Time Limited Counselling and Long Term Psychotherapy for Abuse- Anger management – Anxiety/Stress – Bereavement and Loss – Childhood abuse – Couple counselling – Depression – Domestic violence – Infertility – Physical illness – Redundancy/Retirement – Relationship issues.

Omikrons is based in the Buckinghamshire village of Soulbury and practice Existential Psychotherapy, Integrative Psychotherapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and the Person Centred Approach to Psychotherapy and Counselling.

OMIKRONS offer a sliding scale fee scheme, ensuring that therapy is affordable for those on different income.
